Homebuilding Consultants Launch New “Lean Building” Web Resource

Turning Great Ideas into Reality

Process

Foundation: We establish an understanding of your internal goals and define user teams through a kick off meeting. Our research team conducts an assessment to craft the optimal plan which may include expert interviews of select staff, innovation sessions to understand the product landscape, etc. Participation of your key internal stakeholders is strongly encouraged as their questions and drivers encapsulate your project's needs and your company’s expectations.

Accumulation: Having a strong foundation is useful, but it’s just about a fifth of the process. The next step toward a successful engagement is getting the right information from the right people. We use multiple methods to collect and assemble knowledge from you, your users, and other relevant contexts to do just that.

Interpretation: What good is information if one doesn’t know what to make of it? Innovation Builder Research uses tailored methods to interpret the information we have collected from the field to form valuable design insights.

Articulation: The most important person who needs to understand our findings is you. We articulate our findings to the appropriate stakeholders (i.e. C-level players, design and marketing teams-- whomever is the best audience for your project), using a practical and practiced set of methods.

Validation: Once we’ve designed and concepted a set of solutions, we like to take them back out to the field to make sure we’re on target, and access what tweaks to make when we’re slightly off the mark.
