Gary Hartogh has over 30 years experience as an owner developing commercial and residential communities in South Africa Europe and the United States totaling over $2 billion. He has developed single family and multifamily projects from production homes to high end custom estate communities in addition to golf courses and marina complexes. While he was in South Africa, Gary was the managing director of Original Homes a large developer of high end master planned communities. After moving to Spain, Gary was president of Montana Investments where he managed investments in real estate projects throughout southern Europe and served as consultant for Gary Player Design Company on golf course designs in throughout Europe. Gary has a degree in Finance and strong project management, finance, negotiation and sales & marketing experience and has managed through three industry cycles.
